Get to know your customers and use their own words and genuine desires when crafting your messaging and writing copy!

Sample Interview Questions:

I've added some of my favorites here (that aren't the hella overused "What's your biggest struggle with x?"). This is a synced block that also appears in the Interview Template. That way the questions are always within easy reach and reference when you're talking to someone.

Interviews Database + Template:

When you click a person's name, they'll have their own page where you can see their answers at a glance and take notes. After the interview, add in your favorite keywords to the keywords section! Here's where the magic starts to happen 😉

Copystalking Database:

Anytime you see someone complain about [your topic] or say "I wish..." in a FB group for example, copy-paste that here. That's a genuine pain point or desire you can reference later! You'll start to see patterns, and the real words your audience uses. Don't forget to pull out keywords from these too.

Keywords Database:

This is the coolest part to me. Every keyword you pulled in from your interviews and copystalking will automatically appear here. Tag them, and you can see them sorted by "pain point," "emotion," "desire," etc!

And if you're looking at a keyword and are like, "What was the context again?" you can see which interview or post you pulled it from!
